GoldQuest makes its exchange debut

Mining and exploration company Minmet said its spin-off company GoldQuest had started trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Sprott Securities Inc acted as sponsor for the listing. MinMet remains the principal shareholder of GoldQuest, owning indirectly 63.8% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
