Minmet buys Overseas company

MINING and exploration company Minmet has bought Overseas Oil & Gas Resources, a company with rights to acquire over 3,700 acres in north-east Texas and cash reserves of €2.2 million.

Overseas owners will receive 275 million Minmet shares as part of the deal.
