Workshop on business culture set for Cork

An Experiential Workshop on Organisation Culture, Values and Change will take place on 19 and 20 November next in the Maryborough House Hotel, Cork.

Based on Bert Hellinger’s Organisation Constellations Methodology and the Anthropological Approach of Clifford Geertz, the workshop is aimed at those in the business community who wish to explore their organisation’s corporate culture; examine a cultural approach to strategic management; and look at why the challenge today is for organisations to create cultures which are fit for human beings rather than human beings who are fit for the organisation culture.

The workshop is led by Professor Sebastian Green, Department of Management and Marketing, UCC.
