Ely completes medical study

ELY Property, the Irish property management firm listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM), has completed a feasibility study of the building of a medical facility in Dundalk.

It is now moving towards agreeing a contract, as part of a consortium, to acquire the freehold.

The company also said it had completed a feasibility study of renovating an existing building into a private day care hospital in Dublin’s north city centre, and was now moving towards agreeing a contract, as part of a consortium, to acquire the freehold.
