Edward Holdings buys landmark site

Development company, Edward Holdings is set to increase its retail interest in the city, with the purchase of the landmark Bank of Ireland building at 19 Eyre Square.

The listed building, which has planning permission for conversion to retail use, has a net floor area of 1,315 sq m.

Architectural firm, Douglas Wallace has been retained them to oversee the redevelopment of the site.
