iTouch to move to AIM

Mobile phone information services provider iTouch is to quit the official list on the London Stock Exchange in favour of a listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM).

The company, in which Tony O’Reilly’s Independent News & Media (INM) has a stake of over 30%, said an AIM listing would give it greater flexibility to make acquisitions. The switch will take place on May 16.
