MDA acquires Rochford Brady

MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates Ltd (MDA) has acquired Rochford Brady Group, one of the largest providers of legal property and company information in Ireland, for undisclosed terms.

The information solutions provider said Rochford Brady has 80 employees and annual revenue of more than €9 million. The acquisition is expected to be “slightly accretive” in 2006.

Philip Grant, Rochford Brady’s former owner, will continue as chief executive of the company.
