Investments in German property

IRISH commercial property investors are leading the investment charge into the German market on the back of an expected economic recovery and the potential for higher returns than the home market, a seminar held by Irish property and investment specialists Colliers Jackson-Stops heard yesterday.

Head of investment, Jonathan Hillyer, said over €200m had been invested in commercial property in Germany in the last six months.
