IBOA seek facts on merger

THE Irish Bank Officials’ Association (IBOA) claims a number of consultants engaged

The association said the fact that the main consultants hired to oversee this project have been let go may indeed have further implications down the line in relation to proposals to fully merge both banks.

The IBOA has called on the chief executives of Bank of Ireland and AIB immediately to clarify the situation regarding the proposed merger of the IT facilities.
