ACT sells stakein Alphamosaic

Venture capital firm ACT has raised $33 million (€27.3m) with the sale of its 27% shareholding in semiconductor company Alphamosaic.

ACT’s stake originally cost €8.5m.

The shareholding was sold to Broadcom Corporation, a Californian-based semiconductor company listed on New York’s NASDAQ.
