O’Flynn Construction switches to unlimited liability corporate status

O’FLYNN Construction, one of Cork’s largest firms, has joined the growing list of companies to switch to unlimited liability corporate status.

O’Flynn Construction recently notified the Companies Registration Office (CRO) that it intends to give up its limited liability protection.

The move means the company will be exempt from filing detailed annual accounts with the CRO.
