ONE of the country’s largest fund administrators has scooped a top European award.

Securities Services company, AIB/BNY, which is a joint venture between AIB and the Bank of New York has been named “Ireland fund administrator of the year” at the 2006 European Custody and Fund Administration Awards organised by International Custody and Fund Administration magazine.

AIB/BNY recently announced that they would be expanding to Cork, with the creation of 200 jobs. They already employ over 500 people at the IFSC in Dublin.
