O’Callaghan wins developers award

Developers O’Callaghan Properties were this week awarded the prestigious Irish Property Developer of the Year Award for 2004.

The peer-judged award was sponsored by Property Week, a British property publication.

The Cork-base company, headed up by Owen O’Callaghan, €600m in commercial, residential and retail work in progress in Dublin, Cork and London, with a further €700m worth of development in planning.
