Internet customer queries ignored

BUSINESSES have been warned to improve online communications with customers.

A survey found companies lag behind their US competitors and that over half of businesses surveyed ignored customer inquiries that were received online.

The survey, conducted by Dublin internet marketing firm Elucidate, measured the Customer Respect Index (CRI) for the top 102 Irish companies.
