AGI sells 33.7 million shares

SHARES in AGI Therapeutics got off to a flyer on the company’s first day of trading on the Dublin and London stock markets yesterday.

AGI raised €42.5 million from investors yesterday after selling 33.7 million shares. The flotation on Dublin’s IEX markets and London Alternative Investment Market (AIM) valued AGI at €85m.

However, the shares surged ahead by almost 20% adding nearly €17m to AGI’s market capitalisation.
