Acquisitor ups Baltimore stake

Bermuda-based investment vehicle Acquisitor Holdings has further increased its stake in former computer security company Baltimore Technologies.

Acquisitor said yesterday that it bought a further 540,000 shares, worth more than €300,000, on Thursday. This brings Acquisitor's stake in the company to 25.7% in advance of Baltimore's shareholder meeting next month to vote on Acquisitor’s motions to unseat Baltimore’s board.
