BoI in €500m debts move

BANK OF IRELAND is to raise £350 million (€500 million) through the issue of new debt instruments due in 2018.

The transaction is part of Bank of Ireland’s normal capital management process.

Davy, RBS and UBS Investment Bank are joint lead managers on the transaction.
