Dolmen to advise ThirdForce

Electronic learning company ThirdForce has appointed Dolmen Securities as its nominated adviser.

The company is obliged to have a nominated adviser to fulfil the conditions of listing on London’s Alternative Investment Market. Dolmen already held the role of sponsoring broker with the company and replaces international investment banking operation Insinger de Beaufort as nominated adviser. ThirdForce is best known for its Electric Paper and AV Edge brands.
