Call centre firm faces accounts probe
Zomax, which is listed on the Nasdaq stock market, said it would have to restate its financial results for 2003 and for most of last year because the figures could “no longer be relied upon.”
In late February, Zomax’s audit committee began to probe its Irish units, which are based in Santry and Clondalkin in Dublin, and the investigation is ongoing. The company said further restatements of its accounts may be necessary.
