Power resigns from Irish Nationwide

DR CON POWER has resigned from the board of Irish Nationwide in order to avoid the possibility of a conflict of interest with his role as chairperson of the Financial Services Ombudsman Council.

The Irish Nationwide has announce the appointment to the board of David Brophy, group director corporate finance - Smurfit Kappa Group, as a non-executive director.
