Hostel firm to double in size

AN Irish company, which is the world leader in hostel bookings, is set to double in size to cope with the demand, it emerged today.

Hostelworld.com receives around €830,000 in bookings every day from backpackers in 190 countries.

It now plans to double its staff to around 160 in the next year and is moving to bigger offices in Dublin.
