Cork secure second win
Cork 1-27 Offaly 0-11, Páirc Uí Chaoimh
Cork had an easy time of it at Pairc Ui Chaoimh this afternoon as they secured their second win in the SHC qualifiers.
Last year's All-Ireland runners-up overcame Offaly at a canter with Joe Deane (0-8), Neil Ronan (1-5) and Ben O'Connor (0-7) dominating the scoring.
Ronan bulged the visitors' net in the eighth-minute to help quarter-final-bound Cork on their way to a 1-11 to 0-6 half-time lead.
Offaly sprung Derek Molloy and Joe Bergin from the bench but they could do little to boost the Faithfuls for whom Damien Murray (0-8, 6f) top-scored.
