Armenia and Azerbaijan accuse each other of violating new ceasefire
Armenia and Azerbaijan have accused each other of violating a new ceasefire in their destructive conflict over the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The latest truce, which was announced on Saturday and came into force at midnight, was the second attempt to establish a ceasefire since heavy fighting there broke out on September 27.
