Power outage in Spain and Portugal as flights from Dublin cancelled

A blackout has brought much of Spain and Portugal to a standstill.

Subway and railway trains have been halted, phone service has been unavailable and traffic lights and cash machines have not been working for many of the 50 million people who live across the Iberian peninsula.
