WHO chief advises reducing number of sexual partners to avoid monkeypox

The head of the World Health Organisation has advised men at risk of catching monkeypox to consider reducing their number of sexual partners “for the moment”.

It follows the UN health agency declaring the escalating outbreaks in multiple countries to be a global emergency.
