The UK has accused Russia’s foreign intelligence agency of responsibility for a major cyber attack affecting thousands of organisations in the West.

The UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) said it had been assessed that it was “highly likely” that the SVR was behind the so-called SolarWinds hack.
