Three men arrested in 'manslaughter' probe after Leicester blast that killed 5

Three men have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following a deadly blast in Leicester, England.

Leicestershire Police said the men, all in their 30s, were arrested by officers this evening, and were being questioned by detectives.
