Footage shows man being kicked off platform onto tram tracks

Police are linking the incident with an attack minutes later on a 66-year-old man who was beaten over the head with a metal bar.

Police in England have released footage of a man being kicked off a tram platform on to the tracks.

The 23-year-old victim arrived at Didsbury Village Metrolink station in Manchester at the same time as a man and two women at about 10.50pm on Friday October 13.
