Latest: New Venezuela assembly replaces top prosecutor with government loyalist

Update 8.32pm: Venezuela's newly-installed constitutional assembly has voted unanimously to remove chief prosecutor Luisa Ortega and replaced her with a government loyalist.

The vote came after security forces took control of the entrance to the prosecutor's office in Caracas and barred Ms Ortega from entering.
