Police in Scotland are investigating a violent road rage attack at a roundabout captured on camera by a motorcyclist.

A 4x4 driver is seen in the footage pulling up alongside the biker and swearing at him before getting out of his car and pushing him to the ground.

The motorcyclist follows him back to his vehicle and the pair wrestle with one another and trade insults in the road before members of the public intervene.

The incident, which the biker filmed on his helmet-cam and uploaded to YouTube, happened in Falkirk on Friday.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We received a report of a road rage incident that happened on July 29 on Stadium Way, Falkirk.

"Officers are following a positive line of inquiry."
