Terrence Howard's divorce settlement overturned
US actor Terrence Howard’s divorce settlement from his second wife has been overturned after a judge found he signed the agreement under duress.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Thomas Trent Lewis ruled that Howard signed the 2012 agreement over fears his ex-wife would leak private details about him, including phone sex recordings with other women and a video of the actor dancing in the nude.
