Police hunt mobility scooter rider in hit-and-run investigation

Police in England are hunting a mobility scooter rider after a hit-and-run collision which left a woman injured.

A pedestrian in her 60s suffered leg injuries after the scooter driver apparently lost control and rode on to the pavement near Southend bus station, Essex Police said.
