Pakistani politicians formally condemn Charlie Hebdo cartoons

Pakistani politicians have protested against the publication of images of Islam’s prophet in the satirical French magazine attacked by extremists last week.

The politicians unanimously approved a resolution condemning the publication of the images, state-run TV reported. It did not say how many legislators were on hand for the vote.
