Boy, nine, dies after being stabbed by another child at playground

A nine-year-old boy has died after being stabbed repeatedly by another child at a playground in Michigan.

Police said in a statement that Michael Conner Verkerke ran to his home at about 6pm yesterday after being stabbed and collapsed on the porch.
