No charges for schoolteacher who shot his son

A US school teacher who fatally shot a knife-wielding prowler in a ski mask and then learned it was his 15-year-old son will not be charged, a prosecutor said.

State police have said that Jeffrey Giuliano grabbed his gun and went outside at about 1am on September 27 2012 when his sister called to say someone was trying to break into her house next door.
