Both engines failed on the helicopter which crashed into a Glasgow pub resulting in 10 deaths, an interim air accident report said today.

In the latter stages of the flight on the night of November 29, the right engine ā€œflamed out and shortly after the left engine flamed outā€, said the report from the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB).
