Cameron chairs emergency meeting as millions prepare for storm in UK

The British Prime Minister David Cameron has chaired an emergency meeting to nail down plans to protect the public ahead of tonight's predicted storm.

Millions living in the southern half of England and Wales are being told to prepare for torrential rain and winds of up to 80mph.
