Police in England answer 999 call to pick up man because of rain

A man rang 999 to get the police to give him a lift because it was raining – so they picked him up.

The man allegedly said he would make a complaint to the Police and Crime Commissioner if the officers refused to get him and his son from a flyover and take them to a bus stop in West Sussex south east England - so they obliged.
