Digger used to bring obese man to hospital

An obese man was rescued by a digger after suffering from a heart attack.

Michael Lehberger, who weighs 63 stone, was struck down with the medical condition at his home in Germany, but paramedics were forced to use the giant machine to smash through the wall as he was unable to fit through the door.
