Man gets stuck inside traffic bollard

A man got stuck inside a traffic bollard for two hours.

The prankster - who has now become a YouTube hit following the dilemma - had to be rescued by police after his practical joke took a turn for the worst and he ended up getting his head wedged inside the yellow cone, before being pulled out and suffering several scratches down his back.
