France battles new disease linked to SARS

France is battling to stop the spread of a deadly new respiratory disease related to SARS after a 65-year-old man contracted the country’s first case.

It is not clear how or where the man was infected with the coronavirus, which has killed 18 people in four countries and raised new public health concerns since being identified last year in the Middle East.
