Syria 'should face war crimes charges'

Syria's bombardment of its citizens should be declared a war crime, Turkey's foreign minister told the World Economic Forum.

Syria has seen a rise in violence recently, including a government rocket attack today, in the two-year-old conflict the UN says has killed more than 60,000 people.
