Receptionist who transferred prank call about Middleton 'found dead'

British media outlets are reporting today that the receptionist who transferred a prank call to hospital staff taking care of Kate Middleton has been found dead.

The Duchess of Cambridge had been attending a hospital in London for morning sickness.
