Dozens of migrants missing in Italy sinking

Dozens of people are missing and one body has been recovered after a migrant boat sank off a small Mediterranean island near Italy.

Italian and Nato rescue crews searched the waters for survivors of the boat that apparently ran into trouble as it neared Italy.
