Police Commissioner: 'Human error' caused delay in recovering Sharp's body
In the UK, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner has said the failure to find Tia Sharp's body more quickly was not down to an individual officer.
Teams searched the home of the 12-year-old's grandmother in south London four times before her body was finally found in the loft.
The force has apologised to Tia's mother for the delay and put it down to "human error".
Her grandmother's boyfriend Stuart Hazell has been charged with the schoolgirl's murder.
