Refund for US woman charged for street-light electricity

A power company in Connecticut has repaid a customer almost $10,500 after admitting charging her for 25 years for the electricity used by street lights near her home.

Grace Edwards said she discovered the error only after a prospective buyer for the house asked for a history of utility charges.
