A Canadian porn actor suspected of murdering and dismembering a Chinese student in Montreal has been ordered to be kept in custody by a judge in Germany and has said he will not fight extradition, police said today.

Luka Magnotta (aged 29) appeared before a judge this afternoon and was transferred to a Berlin prison from a police detention centre after he was ordered to be held pending extradition, police spokesman Thomas Neuendorf said.
