Man arrested over theft of bag from accident victim

A man has been arrested in Britain on suspicion of stealing a handbag belonging to a woman who had just been killed in a road accident.

Sarwari Ashraf, 62, from Longsight, Manchester, died in a collision with a vehicle while crossing Upper Brook Street, near to its junction with Hathersage Avenue, last Thursday morning.
