European Commission to unveil new debt-crisis plan

A fresh round of proposals to address the eurozone's debt crisis will be unveiled by the European Commission today.

Economics Commissioner Olli Rehn will join the EC President Jose Manuel Barroso in unveiling the plan, which includes the proposed eurobonds.
