Wife gets €9.6k in damages from hubby over lack of sex

A Frenchman has been ordered to pay his wife £9,600 in damages because he didn't have enough sex with her during their marriage.

The guy, known only as Jean-Louis B - who wed his wife 21 years ago and has raised two children with her - is being fined under article 215 of France's civil code, which states married couples must agree to a "shared communal life".
